I usually prepare Anchovy Powder, Chicken Floss and Salmon Floss that last for a week, best to consume within 1 month.
Anchovy Powder
- Clean the fish viscera.
- Wash the anchovy several times until the water turns clear.
- Dry the fish, you may use kitchen towel to press it to expedite the process later
- Use non-stick pan on small fire without any oil, put the anchovies inside and keep stirring until it is dried.
- Let the anchovies cool down before you put into the blender to avoid moisture affect the result.
- After blending the anchovies, put it back to the non-stick pan with small fire and continue to stir fry it for awhile to make the moisture rise off.
- Lastly, let it cool down before you keep it into container.
